Refund policy
In principle, cancellations and returns are not possible due to the buyer's convenience.
However, we only accept cancellations and returns in the following cases.
- If the work is scratched or damaged when you receive it.
- If there is a large discrepancy between the work information and the actual product
- If there is an error in the artwork information and the planned framing cannot be completed.
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
- In other cases that our company deems to be legitimate.
If you wish to cancel or return the item due to the above reasons,
Please contact us using the inquiry form within 8 days after receiving the work.
After confirming the situation with photos, etc., we will arrange a pickup driver to return the item.
Please repack the package using the packaging materials used when it arrived and hand it to the pickup driver.
Once we receive the work, we will process the refund.
